Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll keep full access until then.

We'll never shut off your access. Here's how overage works:

• Analyses: $5 per additional analysis (Starter plan only)
• Words: $10 per 50,000 words over limit
• Team members: $25/month per additional user

We'll notify you before you hit your limits and when overage charges apply. You can also upgrade at any time to get better value at higher volumes.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with NET 30 payment terms.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you're not satisfied with Intent Behind Intent within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund—no questions asked. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There's no cancellation fee, and you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period. All your data and content remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation, giving you plenty of time to export everything.

You do! All content you create with Intent Behind Intent is 100% yours. We don't claim any ownership or rights to your content. You're free to use, modify, and publish it however you like. We also don't use your content to train our models or share it with third parties.

Yes! Professional plans include 3 team seats, Agency plans include 10 seats, and Enterprise plans include unlimited seats. Additional team members can be added to any plan for $25/month per user. Each team member gets their own login with customizable permissions.

Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation, giving you plenty of time to export everything. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can export all your content, analyses, and settings at any time from your account dashboard.
